So I knew Lela since high school and you wouldn't know it from the photos below, but just like me, she was sort of a tomboy. But she came to me about month ago asking for a 2 hour session plus make-up and these are the results. (She had never warn make up before! and she's had 2 kids! :))
First shot of the night, I knew it was going to be good after this!
She looks good soaked in sun, doesn't she?
Check out those blue eyes!
She is sitting on a log in from of my apartment, which really attests to how creative you can get with sessions and the simplest of locations.
We caught the sun setting in our small town and I remember taking a million shots here but the above and below are my all time favorites.
I think I'm a new fan of teal and deep red. Couldn't get enough of it from this session.
I'm posted a few more examples of my wedding material for you guys. Feel free to comment :)
Ah, It is so sad when you only get 15 minutes with the bride and groom by them selves between the ceremony and reception. Just imagine what we could have done with more time!
I wasn't able to take the dress anywhere outside of the hotel room, so while I was somewhat restricted as far as my options, I'm really happy with the result. I love clean simple lines.
Their cake was Epic!
Cutest little ring bearer.
The kiss! The Bride and groom were cool enough to let me behind the alter to capture this shot, I don't think it would have been the same without everyone's smiling faces in the background.
Grins from ear to ear :)
Really fun groom's men didn't mind looking completely creepy for a funny photo.
Elegant and beautiful girls <3
This was the only other location I got to take them between the ceremony and reception.
But outside was the best. So lucky with the lighting and weather too (it literally rained all during their ceremony.
